Your mission:


As a QA working student at mula, you will become a voice of quality for all digital touch points within our Tech Squads.

Our goal is to become the most digitally integrated B2B Merchandise Platform, globally.

You will be responsible for developing and executing test methods, and test specifications and improving our QA processes across multiple squads.


Your role:


  • You will be part of the
    Tech Unit, which is responsible for all digital and technical touch points
  • You will join the
    Warehouse and Integration Squads which are responsible for all warehouse related technology and deeper integrations with various software solutions
  • You will also be part of our
    QA Chapter of other QA members and developers
  • You will become the quality assurance expert within your squad
  • You will be a crucial part to support our quality assurance strategy for the months to come

Your tasks:


  • Dive deep into our platform and help make it perfect
  • Report, document, and specify technical and usability issues on a weekly basis
  • Help to understand and troubleshoot customers' issues and problems
  • Test freshly released features on a regular basis before they go live

Your profile:


  • You are an enrolled student for at least the next 6 months
  • You have an affinity for modern software, apps and online services
  • You have excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • You have an urge to document all things and actively sharing your knowledge with others
  • You are independent, take ownership and have the ability to manage your own workload
  • You can be yourself authenticity is in our DNA
