Your tasks include:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in various channelsManage our transformative expansion of our online presence across platforms, e.g.

our website, social media channels, newsletters and moreCreate high-quality and engaging content and improve it through regular testing of new tools, content formats and channelsEnsure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts and in line with our evolving marketing strategyContinuous further development of the marketing strategy with the managementCreation of visual formats in line with our corporate design (with Canva)Align our marketing efforts with overall business goalsYour skills & competencesProven experience in digital marketingSuccessfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication / Marketing or a similar educationStrong understanding of marketing principles and strategiesAbility to analyse data and draw relevant conclusionsProactive, open minded, entrepreneurial and creative mindsetExcellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail in executing tasks and projectsExcellent communication and copy writing skills in English and GermanAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Canva a plus
