VPS Plant Coach (M/F/d):

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your task is to actively support the strategic and operational target achievement of the plant by developing a sustainable culture of continuous improvement
Supporting VPS projects with LEAN expertise and project management skills as well as facilitating VPS workshops.
Coaching middle management and teams to develop a VPS/LEAN mindset and associated behaviors is your responsibility
The coordination of ongoing VPS projects in terms of time, quality and cost
The management and execution of strategic transformation projects on demand
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Through your successfully completed technical university studies as well as through the completion of additional training in the area of training/coaching, you have the necessary tools to tackle the tasks of the position
You have already gained practical work experience in the production environment
Your very good knowledge in project management will help you in your daily business
Your very good German & English and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels
Willingness to travel on a monthly basis
Team spirit, organizational talent and a meticulous way of working round off your profile
