We at Semikron Danfoss are searching for a Specialist Supply Chain/Value Stream (M/F/d)._

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Within projects, you are responsible for planning and implementing the Value Stream for the material and information flow from supplier to customer
You independently determine customer requirements or internal requirements, e.g. in terms of delivery performance, technical cleanliness or traceability.
With your communicative way you moderate workshops to identify the best commercial decision to meet simultaneously the required quality and delivery performance
Through your work you create standards, e.g. in intralogistics, which are also reflected in a simulation model
You are able to transform business processes into digital processes

Background & Skills- A high level of self-organisation, assertiveness, communication skills and motivation to close gaps along the supply chain

Deep knowledge of lean methods for example, PDCA, optimizing of changeovers SMED, Kanban Systems
Statistic knowledge (e.g. six sigma trainings or similar experience)
Experience in manufacturing Data management, Master data, IT-Systems ERP, MES
Be able to identify possible improvements and prepare commercial decisions
Experience or willingness to lead (sub)project teams
Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Experience is required
English & German fluent
