A Snapshot of Your Day


As the Head of Offer and Order Management in Grid Technologies Service, you will be responsible for the current and future Service Switching Products Business supporting our regional Hubs worldwide.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • You will lead and manage a diverse team of experienced order & offer managers heads, material disposition team leader and service project managers (30+ employees)
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible to achieve business KPIs relating to revenue, profit, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and multicultural work environment, promoting intercultural understanding and cooperation within the team and region units will be part of your daily routine
  • A certain part of your working time will be dedicated to developing team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing opportunities for professional growth
  • Through your strong leadership, interpersonal and technical skills, you will drive process improvements and implement strategic changes to enhance offering and project/order execution effectiveness and efficiency

What You Bring

  • Educational Background: University graduate in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar, technical background in switching products and systems
  • Experience: years experience offer and order management and leading people and teams at multiple locations. Operations background with ability to analyze processes from operational and financial perspectives and introduce new methods to achieve process efficiency
  • Global Perspective: Ideally international experience either outside of the home country or within a global corporation. Understanding of regional operations and transmission customers and markets
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills with mandatory proficiency in both English and German
  • Personality: Resilient, proactive, dynamic, and resultsoriented with strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a collaborative teamplayer approach
