Our cutting-edge robotic picking systems manipulate hundreds of thousands of items - it's a software-driven, hardware-enabled technology that meets the increasing demands of e-commerce order fulfillment and other industries.

We're looking for a
Solution Designer to work with our
Sales team to help qualify, define, and sell key projects.

Working with customers across Europe, you will develop a deep understanding of the RightHand Robotics product offering, delve into customers' needs, and help customers understand how RightHand Robotics can fulfill those needs through a consultative selling process.

You will bridge the technical and business worlds, collaborating closely with engineers, product owners, salespeople, and customers to ensure that our products solve the right problems and convert our prospective customers into users and raving fans of our robotic piece-picking technology.

• Develop a deep knowledge of the RightHand Robotics Product offering
• Understand customer needs and champion RightHand Robotics by talking to customers, visiting sites, and attending trade shows
• Consultatively sell RightHand Robotics products by listening to customers and showing how RightHand Robotics can solve strategic problems
• Perform technical qualification on customer opportunities
• Develop detailed Statements of Work which define deliverables for a project, and communicate these deliverables to to the Operations and Engineering teams
• Plan and execute customer and partner trainings to improve usage and sales efficacy of RightHand Robotics products
• Execute pick tests which demonstrate the performance of RightHand Robotics products at our Nuremberg Germany office
• Be the voice of the customer in Product and Engineering forums
• Build new tools and processes to accelerate the design effort
• Travel up to 50%

• 35 years of experience in related discipline (presales consulting, product management, professional services)
• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for regular interaction with customers and fellow team members
• Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
• Curious about processes, systems, companies, and people
• Desire to work at a startup, to take the initiative to solve problems without having to be asked to, and to persevere even when not all questions have answers
• Strong organization and time management skills; ability to cope with fluctuating workloads and highstress situations
• Social and technical skills to dig to the bottom of ambiguous or conflicting customer objectives to understand and articulate accurate project priorities
• Ability to answer customer technical questions in a friendly and encouraging manner
• Strong presentation skills with the confidence to present to large, executivelevel audiences
• Strong sales and customer service skills and commercial instinct
• Analytical, technical and problemsolving skills that can be applied to real world solutions
• Proven leadership experience

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Industrial engineering degree
• MBA, Masters in Engineering, or related professional experience
• Multilingual, in addition to proficiency in English language
• Prior startup experience
• Experience in supply chain software or automation
• Experience working with Solidworks or another CAD system, warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse execution systems (WES), SQL, and data modeling tools
