For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a
Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Inflight
Your new job includes

As Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Inflight you are responsible for the optimal customer and product group support in cooperation with your sales team. In particular, you will be the interface for our internal departments Purchasing, Category Management, Customer Order Management and Supplier Order Management

- handle customer inquiries regarding assortments, prices and complaints
- work closely with sales colleagues on the implementation of the sales strategy and provide support in preparing and following up on product range meetings
- assist with demand, promotion and assortment analyses
- create customer master files and quotations and process complaints

What you should bring along

Successfully completed commercial training and initial professional experience in a similar function
Solid knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience in working with SAP
Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
A goaloriented approach to work as well as initiative
Enthusiasm at work, a high degree of service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
