Tasks

  • Maintain and develop standard processes and procedures for effective project support services; and utilize planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools and systems for each project assignment
  • Provide support in the coordination and management of projects. Work cooperatively with others in planning and executing tasks and in transitioning work as necessary
  • Review, update and formulate standard administrative documents; prepare routine correspondence for internal clients, as well as draft customised correspondence
  • Perform quality control reviews of legal documents and projectrelated materials to improve correctness of information, data, conformity to grammatical corporate principles and style guidelines, and readability of language
  • Provide support in research as well as the management and review of agreements, policies and processes
  • Monitor and identify relevant legal developments at an international level; curate legal updates, newsletters and other relevant publications on governance, risk and compliance
  • Organise and manage highlevel meetings; prepare presentations; take minutes and follow up on action items
  • Inform and educate the Global Central Team on activities related to good governance, risk, compliance, and processing; and work collaboratively with internal and external team members to resolve issues

Requirements:

Education


Bachelor's degree in Law, Project Management, International Relations, Social Science, Business Administration, and other relevant fields from an accredited academic institution.

A master's degree is a plus, but not required.

Experience

At least two years of working experience in relevant fields. Any experience in roles in a conglomerate is an advantage.

Knowledge

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and should have an attitude of project ownership. Must be able to positively and professionally interact with all levels of Management, national and internationally.
