For our client, an international group in the process industry in The
Hague and North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for an experienced Manager
Director HR who brings a broad expertise in the field of Human Resource
Management and technologies.

This highly attractive position offers a lot of autonomy and freedom to
shape the processes to be implemented and the HR strategy. You will report
directly to the HR Executive Board.

Tasks

You provide strategic advice to the Executive Board on the use of HR systems, HR processes and in the area of data analyses.
You are responsible for the global implementations of HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors
You define companywide HR process and data analysis strategies
You grant compliance with GDPR and data protection in the implementation of the HR strategy
You bring HR digitization decisively forward
You anticipated complex HR challenges and act proactively on solution options
You optimize contemporary HR solutions with the help of digitalization and automation
You use the broad spectrum of available personnel data to diagnose and derive

measures to increase employee engagement and thus contribute to improving
company performance.

With the support of IT, you define the architecture standards for all HR related

technologies and systems

You optimize the HR IT portfolio based on external innovations, benchmarks and

trends

You evaluate novel technologies and successfully implement global pilot projects

Requirements:

Completed studies in computer science / communications engineering etc. with master's degree or equivalent education.
Expert knowledge HR Tools and Systems
Several years of consulting experience in strategic HR management
Several years of relevant professional experience in HR in connection with SAP
Good understanding of the process industry
Experience in project management, change management, governance processes Business fluent English and German, other languages
