Your Tasks:


Objectives
Our Program and Projects require proactive schedule coordination of Development and EPC Activities.

As the Operations Master Scheduler, you will be at the nexus of these activities and will work to construct, maintain, communicate, and effect changes across multiple plans in parallel.

You will develop schedule narratives and risk analysis to identify and communicate schedule risks.

You'll be empowered to identify gaps in our engineering plans, implement scheduling process improvements, and drive consistency across our proposals and mission schedules.

JUWI Integrated Project Execution Methodology incorporates resource, material, and financial analysis and reporting into Project and Program reporting through utilization of MS 365 suite, including advanced functions of MS Project.

Reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Projects, the Master Scheduler will support in management of the country Project Schedulers, through development and implementation of standardized planning processes and tools in a uniform manner across all supporting countries.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Master Scheduler for all Operations projects in EMEA.
  • Manage country Project Schedulers
  • Coordinate, maintain, communicate, and present critical path schedules and narratives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with JUWI managers, supervisors and leads to ensure that program schedules reflect project status and forecast, enabling the projects and key deliverables to be completed on time.
  • Facilitate and drive weekly schedule reviews with responsible Project Managers and Schedulers, ensuring up to date and accurate plans.
  • Quickly understand and identify existing and future projects and constraints in order to proactively mitigate issues with several teams across multiple sites.
  • Development and implementation of standardized planning processes and Project tools that identify, analyze, and brief potential constraints, risks, changes, and opportunities on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
  • Learn our Development, EPC Executions, and internal processes with sufficient depth such that you can critically evaluate them and offer process improvements.
  • Maintain and perform schedule risk analysis to identify program criticality and uncertainty.

Your Profile:


Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience with project planning and integrated master scheduling.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Project or Primavera, including Resource and Cashflow integrations.
  • Experience working on a crossfunctional team.
  • Experience integrating schedules from third party contractors.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Highly skilled at taking in large quantities of information and presenting it in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work and communicate well with others in a team environment.
  • Able to be diplomatically persuasive or assertive when necessary.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills including public speaking.
  • Experience with medium to large sized project lines).
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Teams integration
  • Experience with Microsoft Project reports
  • Experience in coordinating programs across multiple geographies.
  • Coursework or training in Critical Path Analysis methodology.
  • Experience performing schedule risk analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision to develop and manage many levels of program plans and schedules simultaneously.
