For our renowned customer Airbus Operations we are looking for a "Work Package Leader" (M/F/d) for High Lift & MSI Wing new Product Breakdown Structure in temporary employment as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Ensure E2E planning, integration and monitoring of the work package across all functions involved
Prepare dossier for project launch and define project
Secure Significant MOD maturity and decisions with robust inputs
Manage the implementation strategy and associated risk management
Secure business case and performance (Rampup, RC savings, Lead Time reduction, maturity, etc.)
Identify and manage risks and opportunities
Provide visibility on the work package
PCL for selected change request

Your profile:

Bachelor degreee in engineering, aerospace or similar qualfication
Professional experiance in engineering and projectmanagement
Professional experiance als project leader is a must have
Knowledge in PLM (product liefe cycle Management) and google Workspace is a plus
Englsih Business fluent
German experienced language skills
