- Job Mission
- The business controller within the Business Insights & Control (BI&C) is using financial data (models) to create actionable business insights, supporting decisions to increase business value and together with the business provides forecasts, develops and improves processes in the area of ASML's corporate Real Estate, IT, S&SC and supporting departments such as HR and Finance.
Your tasks:
- Budget controlling of approximately ~ 85M EUR and ~ 300 FTE
- Monthly reporting of actuals and rolling forecast and evaluation of business and financial performance
- Preparation and execution of the cost allocation towards Manufacturing and R&D
- Preparation annual and long term budgets for CRE, IT, S&SC and SG&A
- Provide input and drive the creation of a cost driver tree for CRE and IT
- Work closely together with local accounting team for proper registration of business transactions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, standardize and automate processes using best practices in the market and work with data scientists to run projects to realize this
- Ensure correct CapEx accounting and reporting, supported by accounting team and Capital Efficiency Controller colleagues
- Develop a close relationship with the BI&C team from the Head Quarter (NL) and integrate best known methods within the ASML Berlin working environment
- Initiation of improvement projects in all areas of your responsibilities
- Monitoring of key performance indicators in coordination with departments
- Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Develop a close relationship with key stakeholders to anticipate risks and opportunities
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed business Bachelor/Master studies with a focus on controlling / accounting
- At least 5 year of experience in the field of Finance und Controlling by a manufacturing company, preferably in an international environment
- Project management experience
- Fluent German and English skills
- Experience with relevant IT-Systems, e.g. SAP
