As the CRM Lead (M/F/x) you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer relationship management initiatives, with an emphasis on understanding consumer behavior and delivering personalized experiences.


You will lead a team of CRM specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth throughout the customer journey.


Your Tasks:


  • You develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy focused on segmentation, targeting, and personalization, to enhance customer understanding, drive customer lifetime value, and improve retention
  • You collaborate closely with stakeholders to design customer journeys that optimize funnel conversions, and identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences across various CRM channels
  • You lead a team of CRM specialists, offering guidance and support to achieve our quarterly efficiency goals
  • You analyze customer data and generate insights to identify opportunities for maximizing revenue growth and delivering personalized customer experiences
  • You explore new technologies and channels to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our CRM system
  • You stay current on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in CRM best practices

Your Skills:


  • You have 5+ years of experience in CRM
  • You have strong analytical skills with experience in customer data analysis, segmentation, and targeting
  • You have proven success in driving customer engagement, retention, and personalized content strategies that support significant revenue growth through CRM initiatives
  • You have experience in managing a team of CRM specialists and collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • You have excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
  • You have strong prioritization skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, focusing on the most impactful projects
  • You have proficiency with CRM platforms and tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar
