The opportunity

To work with business partners to develop and implement strategies to manage the interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB)

to prepare and present materials and analysis that support strategic decisions by senior members of the organization

To serve as the point of contact of ALM internationally on all related matters

to develop an expertise in the use of Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) for IRRBB analysis

Insights into the broader Treasury organization and how it supports the overall organization

Hybrid/flexible working arrangements


We are looking for
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in economics, financial mathematics, banking or a related field

3+ years of experience in market risk or any other Treasury related fields

Fluent in English and German with an ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to senior managers

A good networker

Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; QRM or any other cash flow/discounting/ALM systems is a benefit

Strong quantitative and data analytics skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
