System Administrator
Reporting to the IT Manager the role will support users across our Semiconductor business unit and can be based in Asperg or Frankfurt (with travel to Asperg as required)


Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation or support of IT projects from planning to introduction and ongoing support
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of the existing system landscape
  • Entirely full stack administration of the onPrem and Cloud based (IaaS) Systems
  • Maintain, further develop, and optimize the system environment in the Citrix landscape
  • Administration of our Windows servers and client landscape
  • Creation and maintenance of IT documentation
Working constructively and in an advisory capacity across multiple departments, significant professional experience as a system administrator is required along with:

  • Professional training as a computer scientist for system integration (M/F/d) or comparable knowledge in the IT field
  • Knowledge of O365, Windows Operating Systems products as well as hardware and software
  • Experience with databases (preferably Sybase, MSSQL)
  • Goaloriented, with strong communication and team skills, proactive and problem solving mindset
  • Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written is essential
