A Snapshot of Your Day

As Financial Head (f/m/d) of Overhead Lines Services (SIEAERO) you will take business responsibility for all commercial aspects of a new and integrated business in the transmission industry. You will work in a corporate startup environment, setting the commercial course for business rampup needs, implementing structures and processes whilst developing a digital service.

How You'll Make an Impact

Developing new services for the power transmission markets based on stateoftheart processes such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum
Taking responsibility for all commercial aspects of a corporate start up from PPM, PLM, R&D to full operations
Designing an ecosystem for tender & execution in cocreation with customers
Acting as the critical challenger, giving new impulses and different perspectives based on your indepth commercial knowledge in startup surroundings, understanding of customer structures, funding aspects and business model needs
Together and as partner with your technical counterpart: Leading and growing our team

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or similar
Proven experience in commercial roles in the transmission industry or a related field, with a strong track record of developing and executing business strategies
Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to serve as the financial head
Mindset embracing customer focus, innovation and proactiveness
Spike in leading people in a disruptive business, being a strong networker
Ability and willingness to accept the uncertainties of driving innovation in a disruptive working environment
