This year, we want to invest in and scale our number of users on Freecash and expand into new ventures with different audiences and target groups.

For this, we are looking for a Head of Marketing with both leadership experience and hand-on approach to join our rapidly growing team in Berlin.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Almedia & Freecash User Acquisition Activities
  • Define KPI's and build dashboards to track overall performance and spend
  • Create a strategy for
    new channels, plan &
    launch campaigns handson at the start
  • Mobile ad networks like Applovin & Ironsource
  • CPA campaigns on offer walls like tapjoy, fyber & more
  • Google Ads
  • Build and hire teams for new channels to ensure continued success
  • Oversee & improve UA activities of our
    existing channels
  • Blog campaigns
  • SEO
  • Influencer marketing
  • Work together closely with the product team to optimize profitability of campaigns in our mobile app
  • Work together with the monetization team to ensure that advertisers on our platforms are profitable with the UA efforts analyze overall ROAS goals of advertiser
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation
  • Work together closely with the Business Development/Product team to ensure competitiveness of our products and efficient adspend
  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate them into the organization's marketing strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience in the mobile advertising industry
  • Loads of experience with mobile networks like ironsource
  • KPI driven mindset
  • Highly analytical and technical: Understands components of ad calls across various channels
  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution
  • Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Proven leadership skills in leading teams to success
  • Proven track record of managing high user acquisiton budgets across multiple networks
  • Track record of scaling an organization and UA team
