We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customers' requirements. The Group was established in 1986.Nowadays Venair has more than 30 sales branches distributed in Europe, Africa, Asia, and America, 5 manufacturing centers, and employs more than 350 people around the world.
Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking an Operations Specialist for the Sales branch in Freiberg am Neckar, Germany.
- Preparing sales quotes.
- Processing orders from customers in SAP (ERP).
- Develop and maintain longterm customer relationships.
- Coordinate postsales inquiries from customers.
- Deal with customers directly (on the phone).
- Deal directly with the headquarters in Spain in order to manage shipments, problems, delivery times, prices, and so on.
- Stock control and warehouse management.
- Other operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Apprenticeship (Business Administration).
- Stuttgart area residents are required.
- Ability to identify, qualify and close sales accounts.
- Good communication, problemsolving skills.
- High level of German.
- Knowledge of English is required.
