Bachelorarbeit/Masterarbeit Lean Management
(m/w/d)

Bachelorarbeit für das Thema:

Analyse und Auswertung der aktuellen Situation der Shopfloorboard Meeting mit dem Ziel einer sinnvollen Digitalisierung
Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Lean Management Projekten
Aufbereitung und Verbesserung von Vorlagen unserer LEAN Methoden Toolbox, hauptsächlich in MS Powerpoint und MS Excel (Fokus auf Shopfloor Boards, OBEYA Raum)
Selbstständige Aufnahme und Analyse von Produktionsprozessen inkl. Ermittlung von Optimierungspotentialen

Ihr Profil:

Technisches oder Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und Power Point
Idealerweise Kenntnisse mit dem Umgang und Programmierung von Sharepoint
Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management wünschenswert aber nicht zwingend notwendig
Sehr gutes Englisch
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch im interkulturellen Umfeld
