Descriptif mission
- The Electrical Inserts Engineering Director is in charge of:
- Daily management of personnel, tasks and projects in Product Development or In Service.
- Coordinate and control the product development process to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
- Drive operational excellence in Engineering
- Contribute to achieve and maintain the Product Roadmap for Electrical Inserts together with internal stakeholders
- Add and/or strengthen knowledge and skills in the Engineering team
- Manage external Engineering services suppliers
- Estimate the time required for new product development, assess the team capacity and capability and report status to programs

SAFRAN CABIN recherche:
8 to 10 years of experience in a technical department
At least three years of experience in leading a technical team
Strong experience in project management
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Industrial Design Engineering.
Knowledge on Certification is a plus
