Your mission:

For the duration of one year, in 2023, you will be meeting Kristina Lunz and your group online once a month to discuss various topics (professional challenges, building confidence, emerging issues in feminist foreign policy, personal circumstances and more ).

We would therefore expect you to be available and present for these meetings.

Depending on the circumstances (Covid-19, ) you may be able to meet Kristina in person during the year.

This still needs to be explored and confirmed in the coming months, as the mentorship is not funded and Kristina is volunteering her time.

With this mentorship, Kristina hopes to transform your aspirations and give you access to resources, contacts and opportunities.

On completion of the 1-year cycle, you become alumnus and have gained a long-term network of ambitious women and other marginalised genders.

Your profile:

Kristina understands that she would never have been able to be where she is today without the women who paved the way before her.

In that way, she is looking for other ambitious women and other marginalised genders of all ages and backgrounds who have a passion for intersectional feminism, entrepreneurship and a career with impact.

Do you want to start your own company or NGO?
Do you want to learn how to become an activist?
Are you an entrepreneur?
Do you want to learn how to manoeuvre patriarchal working environments?
Do you want to enter the political sphere?

Why us?:

Kristina Lunz is a young entrepreneur, an author and an activist. She is a first-generation university student with a graduate degree from Oxford University.

Friendships, the advancement of other women and educational equity are close to her heart.

For this reason, Kristina wants to start a year-long mentorship programme with two small groups of women and other marginalised genders to share her experiences.

She will talk about how to create a safe space for women and non-binary people to navigate typically male-dominated spaces.

This will provide an opportunity to build an authentic personal connection with Kristina, as well as with other ambitious women and other marginalised genders with diverse backgrounds, who share the same interest in intersectional feminism.

The first small group will be English-speaking and the second German-speaking. Since the monthly meetings will take place online, the location of the participants does not matter.

Do you want to make an impact?

In a one-page letter (max 700 words, in English or German), tell us about your ambitions, your struggles and how this mentorship would benefit you.

No CV, no skills list, no corporate lingo.
Tell us about you.

We are an international feminist women-led research, advocacy, and consulting organisation focused on intersectional feminism and foreign policy.

CFFP seeks to create lasting systemic change by rebalancing power inequalities that perpetuate an exclusionary, patriarchal foreign policy status quo rooted in colonialism, capitalism, and imperialism.

Therefore, we promote people-centred policy and work to see an intersectional feminist approach to foreign policy adopted globally.
