What you'll do

You will join a small team of experts in Germany and the US that is driving the organizational development of Controlling at SAP.

We focus on the collaboration among teams, the role of every individual and how we can help everyone to thrive

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Economic Psychology or Business Administration with interest in Org development and Change Management
Language skills: fluent in English, German, Spanish and Czech as a plus
Soft skills: humble to motivate people, creative, geek in
Knowledge: Interest in organizational development, have a clue about the mindset of leaders and other individuals in an agile organization
