JOIN THE SERVICE MANAGEMENT TEAM:

IT service management is the craft of implementing, managing, and delivering IT services to meet the needs of the organization. It ensures that the appropriate mix of people, processes, and technology are in place to provide value.
YOUR TASKS:
Use the tools and techniques for specific areas of release and deployment activities.
Administer the recording of activities, logging of results and documents technical activity undertaken.
May carry out early life support activities such as providing support advice to initial users.
Assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
Gather information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate.
YOUR PROFILE:
Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
Or in the socalled gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Open minded to learn new tools and systems
Confident and "yes, we can do" mindset
Responsible to finish tasks on time in full scope
Proficient spoken and written command of English
Programming skills are helpful to take on implementation tasks
Conceptual thinking is helpful to contribute to requirements definition and solution design
