To support and strengthen the strategic purchasing team in Hamburg, Germany, we are looking for a

Team Lead Strategic Buyer / Strategischer Einkäufer (M/F/d).


Your task:

• Leading a team of Strategic Buyer ́s
• Analysing, further development and implementation of procurement strategie and presenting to the management
• Independently conduct contract negotiations with service providers
• Leading workshops
• Independently support internal departments in terms of information and projects
• Analysis and benchmarking of contracts and processes and their optimization
• Create presentations, analyses, and reports
• Needs and benefits analysis considering economic and technical aspects

Your ideal qualification:

• Bachelor or Master degree in economics or a related field
• Indepth professional experience in strategic procurement for various commodities
• You are able to work autonomously, but also, as an active team member. You are able to establish good relationships and work effectively with internal users and suppliers
• Profound knowledge of legal matters
• You have strong problemsolving skills, you are proactive, organized and flexible
• Eprocurement knowledge, experience with supplier catalogues and b2b processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
