You enjoy dealing with different characters, are service-oriented and organized? Then support our team at the reception and become the face of our headquarters

Tasks

You prepare our five meeting rooms for upcoming meetings and conferences and take care of catering for visitors with drinks and snacks.
Our new hires will be supported by you during their arrival by providing them with the work materials and assisting them in preparing their workstations.
You take care of our company catering system "Hofmann Menü" and keep track of orders and deliveries.
In cooperation with our event coordinators, you take care of the organization of business trips.

Requirements:

You have a positive cando attitude and a high service orientation to provide the best service to our employees and guests.
A completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy and/or professional experience at the reception are an advantage, but not a must. We are also happy to support career changers in their professional reorientation and provide extensive training in their new area of responsibility.
Very good communication skills in German and English help you in the daily contact with colleagues and guests, other languages (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage.
You are a flexible team player who actively supports your team in all tasks.
A confident handling of the PC and MS Office as well as organizational skills and attention to detail complete your profile.
