Private equity funds have long been one of the most attractive investment opportunities, outperforming public market benchmarks like the S&P 500.

But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals. Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. Enter Moonfare.

Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000.

Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market.

We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.

The Moonfare team brings together individuals with a wealth of different backgrounds, from leading investment and private banks and private equity fund managers to disruptive tech startups, leading newspapers and top law firms.

Product Operations - Working Student (M/F/d)
(The position is based in Berlin, no relocation support available)

Moonfare is looking for a Working Student to join our Product Operations team.

You will:

Become an expert on our tools, driving and improving the bug board, resolution, and triaging incidents
Be able to independently investigate issues and provide solutions
Drive and implement at least 1 product related project, changing the way we operate within the team
Support with data collection and maintain data integrity
Develop dashboards, perform analyses that support our decision making
Support the development of the company's product operations business model
Help project manage different topics endtoend such as product/feature rollout initiatives, designing best practices, and share learnings to drive efficiency for future projects
Proactively find areas for improvements backed up by data and share the insights with the product leaders to explore new opportunities and increase team/product performance

The next Moonfarian:

A Bachelor's and/or Masters's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business administration or a similar field
Handson mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent analytical and conceptualisation skills
Proficient skills in Excel and PowerPoint (SQL, Tableau or similar data analysis tools is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience in an internship(s) in Fintech startups, investment banking, private equity or consulting firms
