We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and engaging
Senior Group Accountant - Global SOX Governance (f/m/d) to join our team based at our Headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Your key responsibilities:

You are the main point of contact for all Finance Group and Countries SOX related topics
You ensure of SOX coordination across Finance Group and Countries, ensure Global process alignment and the necessary local adaptations
You secure overall SOX compliance and control mechanisms within Global Finance as an operational unit
You build and lead a finance country SOX specialists' community
You prepare and provide training for all SOX related topics

Your ideal qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting
Extensive experience as group accountant
Strong auditing or internal control management experience
Solid understanding of financial reporting risks and appropriate control design
Good understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC rules, PCAOB requirements and COSO framework
Accounting Consolidation experience
Finance Business process design experience
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, critical thinking, as well as ability to identify problems and propose solutions
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in written and verbal German and English

Salary:
From 60,000.00€ per year
