- Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung von (neuen) Geschäftsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Customizing & technische Umsetzung
- Dokumentation der SAP-relevanten IT-Prozesse
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Rahmen des 2nd & 3rd Level Supports
Änderungsmanagement - Verstehen und Erfassen von Geschäftsanforderungen für genehmigte Change Requests
- Bewertung der Anforderungen (Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten, Aufwandsabschätzung, Dauer der Umsetzung, etc.)
- Erstellen & Implementieren des funktionalen und technischen Konzepts
- Definition von Prozessen und Methoden für Konfigurationen, Tests, Transport/Einführung
- Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung von Systemtests und Pflege von End-to-End-Szenarien
- Durchführung von IT-Tests inkl. Testfallerstellung und Testdokumentation
- Implementierung - ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Dokumentation des Lösungsdokuments (Funktionale/Technische Spezifikationen)
- Erstellung/Aktualisierung von Benutzerhandbüchern und ggf. Schulungsunterlagen
- Go-Live-Vorbereitung & Hypercare
Training - Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung eines Trainingskonzepts
- Erstellung von Trainingsmaterial
- Durchführung von Schulungen von Mitarbeitern und Key-Usern
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik/Computer Science oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Praxiserfahrung
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse verschiedener SAP-Module (SD, JIT/JIS) mit mindestens 7 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im IT Service Management
- Gutes Verständnis für die Automotive betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozesse
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, große Lernbereitschaft
- Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Präsentationsgeschick sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit unseren internen Geschäftspartnern und externen Dienstleistern
