In order to support Quality Customer and Delivery for the A320 Family, Airbus Commercial is looking for a


Working Student (d/f/m) within Quality Customer Line:

We are an internationally acting quality department (Germany, France, USA, China), managing quality operations and quality assurance activities in the frame of Aircraft (A320 Family) Flight Test Operations and aircraft acceptance.

Our quality teams are serving Airbus customers of the A320 Family (lessors and airlines) in all relevant quality questions and matters.


Your location:

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

- establish a dashboard and maintain reporting on relevant KPIs
- support the creation and implementation of new methods and ways of working
- contribute to several projects and improvement measures
- support the creation of presentations
- perform data analysis and benchmarking
- support the leadership team


Desired skills and qualifications:


  • Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Business Administration, Information and / or Media Management, Aerospace Technology or similar field of study
  • You have project management skills and have a preference for organisation
  • You have good knowledge of google suite (especially Google Slides)
  • You have data analytical skills and are able to process complex information into easy to understand presentations
  • English: fluent
  • German: intermediate to fluent
  • French: would be of advantage (not mandatory)
  • You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, you are able to work independently and you are convinced that Quality and Customers must be at our heart.
  • You like networking and are not afraid to approach people
