Responsibilities:
- As a working student (M/F / d) you will support the Olympus Digital Health portfolio team
- Work with us on the digital portfolio advancements
- Perform research and analysis to support portfolio decision making
- Support the development and implementation of portfolio management processes and tools, e.g. for resource management
- Assist in the preparation of portfolio reports and updates
- Support the team in the preparation of the digital governance boards
- Help maintain project plans and schedules
- Support the project management team in monitoring project progress
- You are a registered master student in the field of business informatics or other business / IT related studies
- Being an enthusiastic for digital innovations is required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Word required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You enjoy working in global and intercultural teams
- 17 EUR per hour
