Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, but ability to see the bigger picture at the same time
  • Deep sales experience
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing, product or service management
  • Knowledge and experience in financial sector
  • Ability to effectively manage budget of 15Mio euro

Your activities as CSO will be:

  • Prepare the company's marketing and product strategy;
  • Define competitive marketing and product strategy through the segmentation and value proposition definition;
  • Forecast performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment;
  • Align marketing strategies with product development;
  • Position the brand, branding media promotions, and ensure communications are designed to deliver a consistent message;
  • Develop and review company's processes around marketing and product teams;
  • Ensure consistent storytelling; lead the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs;
