This is a unique opportunity within our IT Service Management team for an enthusiastic expert who wants to be a key player in shaping a state-of-the-art ERP Operations & Support Framework, dedicated to efficiently managing and supporting our ERP systems, leveraging your skills, knowledge, and innovative ideas.


As ITSM Specialist - ERP Systems (all gender), you will be responsible for securing the smooth operation of the Enterprise services by acting as the central point among support teams and internal/external stakeholders with a focus on achieving best-in-class support and excellent user satisfaction through high-quality service performance.


What you will do:


  • Manage daily IT service operations and coordinate and monitor the implementation of support processes with ERP service partners.
  • Analyse and follow up on user/management escalations within the Operations team, with key users, Group Solution Owners of various ERP domains, as well as the ERP vendor and 3rd party support partners.
  • Own the incident management process and ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Identify, draft, follow up, and coordinate the knowledge creation and Knowledge Base update with vendors and the Knowledge Management team.
  • Define, maintain, and monitor SLAs and KPIs and create regular reports.
  • Identify and define service improvements and coordinate implementing them in collaboration with Group Solution Owners and/or internal stakeholders, as well as the ERP vendor.

What we expect of you:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience supporting ERP systems and managing ERP vendors, along with a solid understanding of one or multiple Infor M3 domains, would be highly desirable.
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Profound IT Service Management and ITIL knowledge, ideally with an ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experienced in defining and implementing SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs across multiple partners and teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multicultural/geographically diverse environment.
  • Passion for Continual Service Improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and service
