Job Purpose/Role:

We are looking for you We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented working student. This position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

We are looking for a working student to join our Global Learning & Development team, which operates globally across two major regions (Europe and Asia-Pacific).

As part of the Learning & Development team, you will have an opportunity to experience and contribute to the operation of a learning and development function in an exciting and energetic industry.

You will be based in Frankfurt and flexibly work 20 hours per week. The contract runs for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide admin/logistics support for all learning programs the team offers/organizes, e.g. working with trainers to schedule dates, setting up courses on LMS for enrollment, updating information on L&D webpage, sending out invitations, checking enrollment, booking facilities (for F2F programs), handling enquiries, registering course completions on LMS, handling evaluations, etc.
Assist in curation of customized learning pathways on Degreed as postcourse support or for bespoke business needs
Assist in data analytics learning data collection, analysis and reporting for all internal learning programs and all learning platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, DataCamp, LMS, etc)
Monitor the Global Learning & Development mailbox. Handle enquiries and direct to relevant colleagues for further response as needed
Assist in all learning communications and promotional campaigns as and when needed

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

Application is open for all students irrespective of background preferably business or social studies
At least 1 pertinent work experience that demonstrates your ability to work autonomously. This can include internships, parttime jobs, vocational training etc.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in both German and English
Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
Proactivity and serviceoriented mindset
