TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics.

They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Your main tasks:

Supervision of employees and managers in a defined area of responsibility for all personnelrelated questions, as well as the solution of diverse and complex issues
Coordination and implementation of organizational changes, individual personnel measures and disciplinary measures
Partnership and coordination with the Centers of Excellence Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Development as well as Business Unit HR and the Shared Services Centers
Implementation of HR processes in the support area (performance management, development planning, compensation planning, succession planning)
Job evaluation according to the existing GBV and compensation determination
Collaboration in the introduction and implementation of groupwide strategies, programs and initiatives
Collaboration in local and crosssite HR projects
Recruitment of specialist staff
Further development of existing tools and processes
Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council

your profile:

Successfully completed studies in business administration or business law with a focus on human resources or further education with relevant experience in the required area of responsibility
First (professional) experience in a generalist and responsible position in operational HR work; ideally in industry in a corporate environment
Good knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, tax and social security law
Organizational talent and structured way of working
Very good MS Office skills; experience with relevant HR tools; especially Success Factors desirable
Very good written and spoken English, must be fluent in German (written and spoken)
