Are you ready to shape tomorrow's world with us? Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational business of our global Advanced Products organizational entity (focusing on automotive, marine and large engine sensor systems, and the joining solutions business).

Your remit will include business development, product management, and sales.

As a member of Kistler's Executive Committee, you will drive the business strategy for our OE Advanced Products ahead with the goals of increasing profitability and boosting growth.


Your mission:


You will steer Kistler's growth in close collaboration with your colleagues on the Executive Committee, and you will lead the development of our OE Advanced Products Business.


Your responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic governance at overall company level
  • Shape the strategy for our OE Advanced Products
  • Lead the global organizational entity at both strategic and operational levels
  • Push account management
  • Lead, motivate and inspire a global team
  • Drive key projects ahead
  • Foster the ongoing development and commitment of Kistler's employees
  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive peers on strategic business issues such as market and business development, product management, and sales

Your qualifications:


  • Higher technical degree in automotive or mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years of senior management experience as leader of a global sales and business development organization in the automotive market
  • M&A experience, especially integration of new businesses
  • Global mentality and indepth knowledge of local markets and cultures in China and the USA
  • Excellent network of relevant decisionmakers (e.g. in the EV sector)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage crossfunctional/crosscultural teams, combined with excellent communication and effective presentation skills
  • Fully fluent in both written and spoken German and English; knowledge of any other languages is an asset
