    MISSION:

    The HR team's mission is to deliver an outstanding employee experience and ensure close engagement with all our stakeholders.

    As a Human Resources Business Partner, you embody the Excelya DNA within your area, responsible for implementing the global HR strategy locally in a diverse international setting.

    You will oversee essential HR functions and programs, covering the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, which includes employment contracts, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance evaluations, as well as managing Safety and Facilities in compliance with local regulations.

    You will serve as the HRBP for Germany, Belgium, and the UK, directly reporting to the Chief People Officer based in Paris.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    Onboarding

    • Liaise with the recruitment team regarding employment law, benefits, etc.
    • Manage employee onboarding processes such as employment contracts, insurance, and IT tool setup.
    • Coordinate individual onboarding sessions, digital and/or physical.
    • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive integration experience for new team members.

    HR Administration, Management, Training, Reporting (& HRIS) - Region

    • Maintain employee records, HRIS system, and reference letters.
    • Handle contractual changes and associated amendments.
    • Manage absence procedures and related regulations in your regions.
    • Support benefits programs administration (e.g., vouchers, insurance, pension).
    • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR events.
    • Actively participate in employee relations and works council activities.
    • Generate HR reports and KPIs.
    • Oversee the global appraisal process locally and suggest enhancements.
    • Act as the primary HR contact for employees.
    • Prepare and provide accurate payroll data to agencies.
    • Manage offboarding processes and update the HR intranet page.

    Facilities & Projects

    • Handle facility management and real estate tasks for all offices.
    • Manage health and safety-related responsibilities.
    • Arrange business trip logistics.
    • Coordinate with cleaning agencies for office maintenance.
    • Lead office relocation projects.
    • Organize office gatherings and events.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years in HR Generalist roles.
    • Experience in a matrix, international environment.
    • Solid HR experience in Germany (mandatory), Belgium and UK (preferred).
    • Fluency in German and English (oral & written).
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS.
    • Thorough understanding of labor laws.
    • Proven track record as an HR Business Partner.
    • Strong decision-making and conceptual thinking skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Capable of multitasking and adapting in a dynamic work setting.

    The role is based in Mannheim or Freiburg, with a hybrid work model (2 days remote per week).
