    At Paessler, we believe that great software is a reflection of the people behind it. We are looking for a Team Manager who not only values the collaborative spirit in agile software development but also supports the team in improving and reaching their goals.

    The team is responsible for the customization and further development of our central ERP system, Odoo, which is used to handle many business processes. Our sales and ERP system form the core of our business processes and are therefore responsible for the success of the company. As a Team Manager (m/f/d) of our ERP team, you will be responsible for the further development, operation, stability, and optimization of the Odoo ERP system.

    You will lead a 7-person development team for which you will foster a collaborative environment and motivate and inspire your employees to give their best.

    YOUR TASKS

    • Together with your team, you are responsible for the secure, smooth operation, and technical development of the webshop and the ERP system, as well as the associated infrastructure.
    • You regularly coordinate with the product owner on the product strategy, the project portfolio, and the roadmap.
    • You enable your team to decide with stakeholders which projects deliver the highest business value and prioritize them accordingly.
    • You assist your team in removing organizational obstacles and shape the team's environment for maximum flow and value.
    • You support your team through coaching, clear feedback, and personal/professional development.
    • You plan the budget and resources based on the product and company strategy.
    • You actively collaborate with other departments on the corporate strategy and involve your team in its implementation.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Several years of professional experience in leading an agile software development team.
    • Experience in E-Commerce areas, especially B2B, and agile software development with modern methods and tools (DevOps, SCRUM).
    • Optionally, you have previous experience with the Odoo ERP system and have successfully completed projects that use it.
    • Ability to keep track of several projects at the same time.
    • Fluent in English and German.
