WEIQIAO Germany GmbH is the European headquarters of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group.

Open Positions

I. Lead Researcher (Full-time)

Duties:

• Responsible for planning the scientific research direction and the team development strategy.
• Preside over the development of the team's scientific research, the transformation of results and the deployment of internal scientific research resources, etc.
• Organize professional courses and conduct practical teaching training.

Requirements:

• Ph.

D. in a relevant field.

• More than 5 years of R&D experience in metal materials and intelligent technology related fields in research institutes or well-known enterprises.
• Professor, Associate Professor, Researcher, Associate Researcher titles from top universities and research institutes are preferred.

II. Lead Researcher (Part-time)

Duties:

• Responsible for the development and delivery of R&D projects and assisting in matters of industrialization and promotion of project results.
• Develop professional courses and conduct practical teaching training.
• Participate in the planning of the scientific research direction.

Requirements:

• Ph.

D. in a relevant field.

• More than 5 years of R&D experience in metal materials and intelligent technology related fields in research institutes or well-known enterprises.
• Professor, Associate Professor, Researcher, Associate Researcher titles from top universities and research institutes are preferred.

III. Lead R&D Engineer

Duties:

• Participate in the development and implementation of R&D projects, assist in the industrialization and promotion of project results.
• Participate in the development of professional courses and practical teaching training.
• Participate in the planning of the scientific research direction.

Requirements:

• Ph.

D. in a relevant field that has taken no longer than 5 years to complete.

• Published 3 or more EI or SCI papers as first author or corresponding author.
• Lecturer and assistant researcher titles from top universities and research institutions are preferred.

IV. R&D Engineer

Duties:

• Participate in R&D project development and implementation.
• Participate in practical teaching training.

Requirements:

• Recent Ph.

D. graduates in relevant fields.


V. Postdoc

Duties:

• Focus on scientific research and complete postdoctoral research tasks according to the plan.
• Undertake certain teaching and student management tasks.

Requirements:

• Recent Ph.

D. graduates in relevant fields.
