At Crewmeister, we empower small businesses to thrive in a digital world. Our aim is to create solutions for the challenges small businesses face and we've started with workforce management.

Employers and employees can now track their time, plan shifts and manage absences in just a few simple steps no matter where they are.

We are committed to continually improving our product and adding valuable new features that will reflect our customers' ever-evolving needs.

To make this happen, we are looking for a passionate UX working student who can bring all their creative fire to translating these needs into fun and easy-to-use products.

Tasks

You work closely with our Product Owner to make sure user experience meets our product vision.
You are passionate about creating UX concepts and are able to turn your ideas into visual form: user flows, wireframes, prototypes and finally, screens for a wide variety of devices.
You collaborate with and help the dev team to bring screens to life for our users and to make sure we provide a consistent experience for them across all Crewmeister products.
You are not afraid to challenge ideas and push for better, all to champion a kickass UI & UX for our users.

Requirements:

You have an eye for patterns and logical structure that you make use of when it comes to sketching new features.
You have basic knowledge and a thirst to learn more about product best practices, design and trends.
You have excellent communication skills in English and are able to present and promote your ideas effectively to the team in order to bring these ideas to life.
You have a proactive and curious mindset, coupled with a good (U)eye for detail and your solid organisation skills rival no other.
You have experience with at least one of the most known tools: Sketch, Figma (preferred), Zeplin, etc.
