Job Description - Business Development
SOL Brand Solutions Gmbh. is a leading exhibitions, events and branding agency in India.

We are hiring experienced
Business Development to help us keep growing. If you're dedicated and ambitious, then we are the perfect place to grow your career.

As a business development you will have to get new clients on board for our various verticals/services and effectively execute the business for them.

Your aim is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported.

For this, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Going onsite for execution of the clients' projects
• Making proposals, presentations and quotations and going for meetings to present them to clients.
• Coordinating with the design team to make a proper proposal
• Coordinating with the production team to get the project executed as promised to the client.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
