• The Head of E-Commerce role is essential and critical to ensuring an
  unforgettably beautiful buying decision for our customers

- and, at the pinnacle of the industry, creating the next level e-commerce experience for coffee lovers at home.

• The role will start in 2023 and bring us from the current phase into
  market launch and to thousands of home baristas as well as a vibrant community of specialty coffee roasters.
• In 2023, Next Level Coffee aims to launch the nunc. system (machine, grinder, app, coffees,
  ecommerce via app and webshop) to the public
• Financial funding is secured for all necessary activities.

So what is the role?

:

• As our Head of E-Commerce, you will play a crucial role in our mission by launching, developing and optimizing our
  ecommerce strategy around app and webshop

:

• You are responsible for
  all DTC app and web touchpoints related to our customers shopping experience
• You collaborate with
  crossfunctional teams from marketing, supply chain, product development, roasting, content creation, customer service and the as well as the entire value chain (form farm to cup)

- nunc. is an IoT coffee ecosystem. You work intensively with data and analytics. It's like a puzzle where the pieces are customer behavior, sales performance, and market trends, and the picture to be made is
our company's growth strategy

:

• Work closely with our Customer Happiness Manager and Marketing to ensure the complete endtoend
  experience of nunc. customers is premium and high quality.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months

:

• You have developed a
  comprehensive ecommerce strategy** aligned with our business objectives.
• You have gained a thorough understanding of the business model and product. The "nunc." IoT coffee system, the coffee offerings, and the customer base. This includes learning about the product's unique selling points, functionalities, the demographics of our typical user, and how they interact with the product.
• You have implemented notable enhancements in the
  UX of the nunc. webshop and app,** making the online shopping experience more intuitive, seamless, engaging, efficient and fun for our customers.
• You have put in
  hard work but grown and developed
  beyond your imagination

What you need for this role

E-Commerce Expertise

:

A deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, trends, and best practices, with a focus on driving online sales growth and optimizing the customer journey.

Adaptability, agility, and comfort with rapid changes inherent to startups, along with the ability to make strategic decisions under uncertainty.

Product Launch Experience

:

Proven experience in successfully launching new products in a direct-to-consumer context, from pre-launch marketing to post-launch engagement.

An analytical approach to interpreting data and using insights to inform e-commerce strategies, optimize performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
