Marketing Coordinator / CRM Coordinator (M/F/d)

Wertheim Village or Ingolstadt Village (Home-Office possible)

The GKE Team are fundamental in developing new approaches on how we engage with our Guests & Brands, its meeting emotional expectations of the Village experience that lead to our guests becoming loyal advocates.

A seamless Village visit, that includes high levels of 1:1 engagement can create some amount of retention, but guests with an emotion connection to our brand, will deliver us a stronger customer lifetime value.


The Marketing Coordinator / CRM Coordinator will support the execution of the CRM programme with a focus on implementing consumer data led, guest and brand relevant, engaging, personal and timely communications.

With a strong focus on database engagement and retention.

This role reports directly to the Head of GKE and this team is focused on driving a new approach to CRM at the German Villages of Wertheim Village & Ingolstadt Village.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support the management of a calendar of engaging and crosschannel communications that will deliver growth across all KPI's, and value to both the business and brands
  • Leverage guest knowledge and insight as well as data from campaign responses to inform decision making, iterations and optimisations, contributing to a test and learn culture across the team
  • Report on key CRM metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually, including test results and learnings
  • Explore innovative cross channel execution opportunities including push notification, direct mail, clienteling and other channels as appropriate
  • Partner with teams to implement, test and iterate Membership communications that will drive retention and cultivate brand advocacy
  • Work at a fast pace and be capable of pivoting at speed to ensure both our brand and business goals are met continually & consistently in the challenging & changing market place of today

BACKGROUND & KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Experience using CRM tools such as Responsys or Salesforce
  • Experience with HTML & CSS
  • Experience using digital analytics tools such as PowerBI & Google Analytics
  • Healthy mix of creative and analytical thinking in order to deliver innovative and engaging experiences
  • Knowledge of GDPR and the ever evolving data privacy landscape
  • Highly organised and excellent project management with the ability to work in a fast paced matrixed environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in German & English, other languages are benefitial
