    Beschreibung

    Responsibilities:


    • Providing expert guidance on legal, strategic, and operational aspects of data protection, including data management and digitalization; potential appointment as data protection officer.


    • Offering independent counsel on compliance-related legal, strategic, and operational matters, and assisting in the implementation of compliance strategies.


    • Supporting affiliated companies in navigating data protection and compliance issues.


    • Contributing to the development of the group-wide data protection and compliance framework.


    • Identifying, documenting, and evaluating risks associated with data protection and compliance.

    Requirements:


    • Fully qualified lawyer with outstanding academic credentials or equivalent qualifications.


    • Extensive, proven expertise in legal aspects of data protection, coupled with a strong grasp of IT-related processes.


    • Demonstrated ability and drive to provide effective, solution-oriented advice on data protection and compliance matters, and to facilitate their implementation in a fast-paced environment.


    • Confident demeanour, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills.


    • Exceptional communication skills, including experience in presenting findings and training staff or managers.


    • Collaborative mindset, with a passion for teamwork and contributing to group-wide initiatives.


    • Fluent in English and German
