You lead and manage a team of editors, ensuring the highest quality of content and efficiency in output
You develop, enhance, and expand existing content formats, including newsletters and educational materials
You innovate and implement new content formats (video, audio)
You are willing and able to host podcasts and appear in front of the camera as required, becoming a publicfacing representative of the brand
You collaborate with various company departments to align content strategies with business goals
You monitor and analyze content performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary
You oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content
You uphold the overall brand voice and style guidelines across all content
You ensure all content produced meets the company's strict adherence to SEO guidelines

Qualifications

You have proven editorial experience in the field of finance, ideally within a journalistic environment
You demonstrate the ability to create compelling content across various formats text, audio, and visual
You are comfortable with public speaking and oncamera appearances
You have strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful content teams
You are proficient in the understanding of content metrics and analytics
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional eye for detail
You have the ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
