You will support users of our software and services in an international environment.

Examination of claims with regard to coverage and liability issues.

Carrying out independent investigation's info claims, including communication with all parties involved in the claim.

Your profile:
Completed training or studies in the field of insurance/traffic law or as a paralegal (M/F/d).

Extensive professional experience in the processing of motor vehicle claims (comprehensive and liability).

Ideally knowledge in the processing of property and private liability claims.

Good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken.

Solid knowledge of MS-Office.

Independent and conscientious way of working, initiative and commitment.

Tha ability to look beyond the end of one ́s nose and a smile in everyday life.
