Job Description:


In Global People Experiences, we put people first, strive for global solutions, and digitize with a human touch through all touch points of the Statkraft journey.

In your role as Payroll Advisor, you will report to the Head of Global Payroll, support the business and work closely with HR departments across different business areas and units.


As a Payroll Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing success of Global People Experiences in Central Europe.

The role is a key contributor to living our values; we are responsible in the way we buy and execute services, we grow together with the business and our partners, and not least, you will make an impact to realize our people first vision


Key activities and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly payroll and benefit administration for our Central region, with the support of external providers, ensuring it is delivered correctly and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll tax regulations, wage laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Administration of benefits, health and safety, and other local policies and practices
  • Collaborate with our global team, local HR, and Shared Services on payrollrelated matters.
  • Review and approve payroll inputs, provide insightful reports and facilitate accurate payroll disbursement.
  • Act as the local contact point for HR and payroll queries, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • HR admin support, drafting contracts, addendums, keeping HR systems up to date, preparing reports.
  • Provide service on wide range of people topics in compliance with local regulation and Statkraft processes.

Qualifications:


  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of HR and Payroll experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Germany's payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Proficient in using HR and payroll software; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Uptodate knowledge of legal requirements linked to HR practices.
  • Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Handson attitude and proactive working style.
  • Ability to utilize various HR (SAP), IT systems and tools.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Professionalism and integrity.
  • Some travel may be required.
