Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, development, and launch of innovative SaaS products enhancing our Industrial DevOps offering.
Gather and analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product strategies and development.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and meet product goals.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and enhancements to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Ensure that products adhere to the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance.
Communicate product value propositions, features, and benefits to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 57 years of experience in product management, preferably in the industrial automation/software or SaaS sector.
Experience in IIoT / Industrial Software / MES / Industrial Control (Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, CodeSys) products is strong plus
Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful software products.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing crossfunctional teams.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of the industrial sector and associated regulatory and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
