Regional Support (m/w/d)

Standort: Stuttgart/Fellbach

IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS
- Sie unterstützen die Regionalleitung u.a. in folgenden Bereichen:

- Auf
- und Vorbereitung von Statistiken, Meetings und Präsentationen.
- Pflege und Verwaltung von internen und externen Unterlagen, Verträgen und anderen geschäftlichen Dokumenten, sowie bei der Erstellung von entsprechender Korrespondenz.
- Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen.
- Planung und Organisation von regionalen und lokalen Veranstaltungen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Verfolgung von Projekten.
- Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die Koordinierung und bereichsübergreifende Kommunikation mit den einzelnen regionalen Teams.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Prüfung der regionalen Spesenabrechnungen.
- Im Bedarfsfall unterstützen Sie in den regionalen Teams.

IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit, und überzeugen durch langjährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung.
- Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch ihre Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Zudem bringen Sie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft, Loyalitäts
- und Diskretionsverständnis mit.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen.
