In this responsible position, you will support our project management at the Mannheim site by providing sound and seamless document controlling.

You are the guarantor that all required documents are created, distributed and filed holistically and systematically. In doing so, you will act as a reliable interface between project management / engineering and field service.

Your responsibilities:

Creation of customerspecific, legally compliant documentation for switchgear project documentation including optimization and maintenance
Establishment and implementation of a well thoughtout document management process and the associated tool landscape
Risk management and continuous improvement processes in the context of documentation
Routine use of our document management system and the associated tool landscape
Preparation and training of internal colleagues

Your background:

Successful studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or computer science alternatively industrial engineering with a corresponding specialization
Experience in documentation controlling as well as in the development and design of databases or systems for database management is an advantage
Familiar with the implementation and use of document management systems
Experienced in the use of MS Office
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
Knowledge in Autodesk BIM360 and in InEight is an advantage
