For our IT Team at our bavarian location Marktoberdorf we are looking for a
Product Owner (M/F/d) Data Governance & Data Quality

As a global team, consisting of employees from six countries, you will work with dedicated colleagues on the future of agriculture.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with data teams across the business to define and deliver on the enterprise data governance priorities.
Gain alignment on critical data governance requirements and prioritize competing data governance needs for various data assets and processes across the organization.
Establish and facilitate relationships with data owners, stewards, IT data team stakeholders to bring the voice and priorities of business stakeholders to the forefront.
Help drive away from a reactive to proactive data governance across the enterprise in managing data quality, privacy, security, and usage.
Own sprint backlog and plan for new governance initiatives; prioritize DG/DQ backlog working against an established roadmap and coordinating dependencies with other projects and programs accordingly.
Demonstrate governance execution by ensuring that workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, metrics are understood and agreed upon, deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, impediments and risks are escalated and addressed and MVPs are delivered successfully

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent academic
Experience of 35 years in Data Governance
Experienced in agile methodology
Data Governance awareness (Understanding of Data Governance and Data Management best practices)
Understanding of Data Architecture, Metadata, Data Lifecycle, Data Quality Standards and Logical Data Modelling

A Plus If You Have

Knowledge of Data Governance tools, especially Informatica CDG
Knowledge of AWS services
